Legal Stuff

The Wiffle® Ball name and Wiffle® logo are registered trademarks of The Wiffle Ball Inc.  Any unauthorized use is subject to their wrath.

In accordance with the legal stuff on their web site, we have written to the good people at The Wiffle Ball Inc. for permission to use the name and the logo on this site.  At this time we have not yet received a response, but we are hoping that it will come soon.  At that time we will post the proper legal stuff to protect their good name and reputation, while at the same time covering our collective asses.

Please visit their web site through the link at left, and get the lowdown on the greatest backyard game of all time.

The rest of this site is ©2001-2007, Upstate Chunk & Paradigm Company and the Colonial Days Wiffle® Ball Tournament.

Thanks!

Bagpipes, wiffle balls and beer, oh my!
After competing in the Colonial Days Parade,
the Penn-York Highlanders "Ladies From Hell" Pipe Band
(Athens, PA) often marches right onto the playing field to
entertain the wiffle crowd.
