Legal Stuff

The Wiffle® Ball name and Wiffle® logo are registered trademarks of The Wiffle Ball Inc. Any unauthorized use is subject to legal proceedings.

Due to potential violation of the intellectual property rights of Wiffle, Inc., we have discontinued our online shop. However, the folks at that venerable company have been very gracious, understanding, and supportive of our tournament. We will be applying for "sanctioned" tournament status, and as a result we can use some of their intellectual property under "fair use" guidelines. After we have received sanctioned status, we will post the proper legal stuff to protect their good name and reputation, while at the same time covering our tournament legally.

Please visit their web site through the link at left, and get the lowdown on the greatest backyard game of all time.

Bagpipes, wiffle balls and beer, oh my!

After competing in the Colonial Days Parade, the Penn-York Highlanders
"Ladies From Hell" Pipe Band (Athens, PA) once marched right onto the
playing field to entertain the tournament crowd.
